For six years, Scott was global head of social media at Ford Motor Company, where he advised on digital activities across the company, including crisis communications, influencer relations, marketing, customer service, and internal communications. His clients have included Walmart, Google, IBM, Reebok, American Airlines, T-Mobile, and more. He has appeared on major news outlets including NBC, NPR, CNN and The Wall Street Journal, and The Economist ranked him as #1 atop its list of 25 Social Business Leaders.
Tim has two decades of experience in leading high growth technology firms and marketing agencies. Before Brain+Trust, he was head of marketing at Zignal Labs, a realtime media intelligence platform, and produced marketing technology and process improvement programs for clients of TTH Strategy, a consultancy Tim founded. He is also former head of the Mobile program at Edelman Digital in North America, and been founder of agencies and technology ventures (NION Interactive, GamePlan, Captix) serving as a catalyst for innovative change in some of the world’s leading brands (CafePress, Dell, Bacardi, AMD,ExxonMobil, Hilton Worldwide, Kraft Foods, Edison Research and others). Tim serves on the advisory boards of Zignal Labs, Rivet Works, Wonder Technologies and Captix, and is co-author of The Mobile Commerce Revolution (QUE Biz Tech, October 2014).
Frank Eliason is a renowned Customer experience leader who introduces disruptive and transformative strategies to revolutionize businesses. Working for Comcast, he was recognized by BusinessWeek as “the most famous customer service manager in the U.S., possibly in the world.” At Citi he was recognized as one of the most innovative people in banking, not once, but twice by Bank Technology News. He drives the right behaviors at all levels by bringing focus to the customer and their story. Besides working for Comcast, Citi and Vanguard Investments, he has advised many Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining the team at Brain+Trust, he led U.S. digital for Zeno Group, a Daniel J. Edelman company. He is the author of “@YourService” (Wiley, 2012).
Christopher Barger is a business and communications strategist with almost 20 years experience working for or servicing some of the world’s biggest companies. He has built and led digital programs at IBM and General Motors, and advised many others on their digital activities, implementing disruptive new technologies and strategies, and managing the changes wrought by the shifting business landscape. He is a recognized leader in content marketing, protecting brand reputation and mitigating crisis, communications strategy, influencer relations, executive positioning, and customer service. He has worked with PlayStation, the World Health Organization, the Almond Board of California, and HP, among others. He is the author of the Amazon marketing best-seller “The Social Media Strategist” (McGraw-Hill, 2012).
Angus Nelson is the “people guy”, an engaging consultant, facilitator, speaker, and executive coach. Former head of Member Success at Crowd Companies, he and Jeremiah Owyang founded an innovation community of Fortune 1000 companies – his focus on the p2p economy and future of work. He’s spoken at corporate headquarters for Walmart, Whole Foods, Coke, Adobe, Hallmark and Swisscom. His podcast, “Up In Your Business”, was recognized as a Top 20 Business Podcast on Inc.com. He’s been featured in Inc.com, Aol.com, Huffington Post, VentureBeat, and SocialFresh.com. In April, 2017, Morgan James releases his book, “Empowering Work” addressing the gigification of corporate roles, freelance economy, and necessity for emotional intelligence in the future of work.
